I'm a home cook and franco/anglophile with a petite 'tude about food. My philosphy: good food should happen every day - and it shouldn't involve a grillion steps and ingredients. {Ahem, J. Child.} Nor should it involve lame shortcuts. {What about it, Sandra Lee?} I want good food, and I want it now. {Or at least within a Sex and the City rerun.} I guess you could say I'm like the Veruca Salt of le food blogosphere. Only with a Texas twang. And fewer split ends. Now someone get me a golden goose. Ahem, please.
