Jessica of The Novice Chef Blog is sass in a muffin tin. {This isn't the first time I've name-dropped her round these parts, not to mention praised her "ass friendly" recipes.} She is, in my humble, more mad-skilled baker than novice chef judging by the ridonculous amounts of baked goods she pumps out every week.
